I bought 5 upload tokens and it still says I have 0 tokens

I bought 5 upload tokens on June 6 for $15 USD, but the upload custom songs page still says "You currently have 0 upload token(s)."

Usually how long does it take to credit the upload tokens to my account?

Not sure- get in touch with rawinput over AIM or email and he'll look into it for you. His contact info should be a few news posts down on the GS homepage.
